Course Programme & Dates
First Day
Arrival Adnan Menderes Airport.
(Transportation from airport to hotel will be provided FREE)
Check-in in the hotel at 4:00 pm
Welcoming diner and introduction given by the chef and a chance get to know each other.
Second Day
Breakfast is served at the hotel.
Lunch is in İzmir’s most historical restaurant.
Izmir(Smyrna) is a large metropolis in the western Anatolia. The greater metropolitan area of Izmir Province has a population of 3.35 million as of making the city third most populous in Turkey.
The Hands-on cooking lesson starts at around 15:00 you will be able to prepare a four course meal. For dinner you will dine on your own creations.
Third Day
After breakfast there is full day excursion with a visit to Ephesus (free) so there is no course on that day
Ephesus ,which was established as a port, used to be the most important commercial centre in Anatolia. It played an important role in ancient times due to its strategic location. Ephesus is located in a very fertile valley.It was a major trade centre in the ancient world, and was a religious centre of early Christianity Today, Ephesus is an important tourism centre in Turkey.
Then you will all dine back at the hotel after a wonderful day!
Fourth Day
Breakfast in Alacatı,Cesme
Alaçatı or Agrilia is a unique Aegean town on the western coast ofProvince of Izmir in Turkey. Alaçatı has been famous for its architecture,vineyards and windmills for over 150 years. When the breakfast is finish, it’s time to turn back hotel because after lunch hands-on cooking lesson starts around 15:00 you prepare a four course dinner.
For dinner you will dine on your creations
Fifth Day
After breakfast you have the oportunity to do some sightseeing.
This place is Erythrai. The important Greek city of Erythrai was located here from the Hellenistic period, and throughout the ancient Roman andByzantine periods.
Everyone who come to Cesme must eat the ‘kumru’. So the lunch is in Kumrucu Sevki. The Turkish sandwich “Kumru” meaning turtledove, gets its name from its turtledove-shaped bread. As it is impossible to think of the kumru without sucuk, sausage, kaşar cheese and tomatoes, it is also always served with cucumber and hot pickled peppers.
After lunch hands-on cooking lesson starts around 15:00 you prepare a four course dinner.
Sixth Day
In the morning a nice trip to Marina,Cesme.
The Çeşme Marina has a sophisticated Mediterranean feel while retaining a typical Turkish charm. Locally quarried natural stone is an integral part of the design and helps blend the new cosmopolitan resort with the ancient Çeşme Castle, which stands majestically in an elevated position overlooking the new marina.
Hands on cooking lesson starts at 15:00 and you prepare an elaborate buffet dinner covering all the cooking techniques you have learnt in the week and many more.
Presentation of food will also be demonstrated. At the grand finale dinner you will be presented with a certificate of attendance.
Seventh Day
After the breakfast check out of from hotel, Transportation is FREE
