Morning 8:30-9:00 : Waking Up While Birds Are Singing
I slept so well that I woke up early to a peaceful morning. The wheather was very nice,birds were singing. Yes,it’s true! In the middle of Cesme. Actualy it was a CD . Every morning I woke up with Dahlia’s choir of birds.
Breakfast Joy
In the morning,under the sun in the shade. Fresh tea and breakfast is as elagant as usual. Certain that it’s a good start for the new day.

To enjoy Cesme,you should swim and sunbathe at the beach or poolside.It’s hard to decide which..Because everything is perfect. For example the pool! It’sfilled with sea water.
Lunch
So much attention paid to the presentation! Mats from an marbling artist.It was good to have this lunch after swimming.Fresh vegetables were gathered from Green Dahlia which is the little sister of White Dahlia. Today, I’m going to visit there too.Here,you won’t hear children crying as in other hotels.But the swimming pool for children is very nice.I wish I was a kid again.
Afternoon : 15:00-17:00
I am staying in one of the beautiful bays of Cesme. The names of White Dahlia’s rooms are named after the bays of Cesme. Alacatı, Ayayorgi, Boyalık, Büyük Liman, Cesme, Ciftlikköy, Dalyan, Ilıca, Ovacık, Paşalimanı, Pırlanta, Reisdere, Sakızlıköy, Şifne, Yıldızburnu. I must visit all of them.I can only visit the bays by starting from my sweet room.At the entrance of the room, there is a puzzle of he bay which gave my room its name. Every little detail has been thought of in this room. The floors are pure epoxy and there are pecial soaps and soft bathrobes. Lovely touches.I just realized how tired I am. I need a little nap on this comfortable bed. After waking up I can have another nap on the lounge chairs which are right by the pool.
Evening : 18:00-19:00
The sun of Cesme is so friendly.It is still hot. Should I swing on the hammock or relax on the cushions in the garden? I couldn’t decide again. I can go out too,yes I think I will. Roses,hortensias, dahlias,beautiful trees. But the most impressive one is the Green Dahlia which was a little far from our hotel.It’s the place where they gather fresh vegatables to cook. Green Dahlia is more than a garden withs its vineyard, pool and animals.

Everything is different in this hotel even the nights. The hotel is wrapped with wall lights shaped like Dahlia flowers, just like a necklace. The pools are shining just like precious stones. What a night it was... Dinner was delicious... After coffee we sat by the bar and had something to drink. And after that we took a little trip to Çeşme and Alaçatı which are very close.
This Dahlia doesn't bloom only in summer.
The Meeting Room downstairs are open the whole year.The fireplace room would be fun in winter so the organization in this hotel isn’t limited to just with summer. There is a winter garden also.I must come back here in winter.
